I’m building a single mobile product that will run natively on both iOS and Android. The core of the app is a searchable directory where users can find profiles, open a real-time chat, and route specific service requests to the right contact. Around that core I also need: • Secure user authentication and social-style login • Push notifications for chats, new listings, and upcoming events • A full event module (create, RSVP, reminders) • Subscription billing and one-off in-app purchases • An admin panel (web preferred) to manage users, listings, payments, and analytics The directory / chat / request routing flow is the single most important experience, so latency and uptime must be treated as first-class concerns. I’m open to Flutter, React Native, or another proven cross-platform stack as long as you can deliver polished UI, smooth transitions, and parity across devices. Deliverables 1. Fully functional iOS & Android builds ready for App Store and Google Play submission 2. Web-based admin panel with role management 3. Clean, well-documented source code in our private repo 4. Basic test suite covering critical paths (auth, chat, purchase) 5. Deployment guide and a short walk-through call I’ll provide wireframes, branding assets, and an initial data model once we start.
