I need a complete mobile application built for both iOS and Android and I’m looking to start right away. The core idea and feature set are ready on paper; now I want an experienced developer who can translate that vision into a smooth, polished product and guide me through everything from UI/UX decisions to App Store and Google Play submission. Here is what I expect: • A single code-base solution—React Native, Flutter, or a comparable cross-platform framework is preferred so we can keep future maintenance simple. • Clean, well-documented code that my in-house team can understand after hand-off. • Clear progress updates and a working build I can test early and often. • Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality; I’m aiming to move from concept to first public release as quickly as practical.
