I want to bring a full-featured mobile payment system to market that works flawlessly on both iOS and Android. The app must let users send and receive money in real time, settle their utility or service bills inside the same interface, and keep a clear, searchable transaction history so every payment can be traced at a glance. Security is non-negotiable. Each login or sensitive action must trigger two-factor authentication, and every piece of data—whether it’s at rest on the device or in transit to the backend—has to be encrypted with strong, modern ciphers. I’m open to the framework you prefer (Swift / Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, etc.) as long as performance remains smooth and certifications for Apple App Store and Google Play compliance are met. Deliverables • Universal iOS & Android build with Send/Receive, Bill Pay, and Transaction History modules fully integrated • Backend API (or integration to an existing gateway) wired for two-factor authentication and end-to-end encryption • Clean, well-documented codebase with instructions for future maintenance and store deployment • A short test plan covering functional flows and security edge cases When hand-off arrives I should be able to run the project locally, execute the test suite, and push the build straight through TestFlight and Google Play Console without surprises.
