I’m building a new social media ecosystem that blends the best parts of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube while giving creators and advertisers multiple ways to earn and promote. The product must launch simultaneously on the web plus iOS and Android from a single code-base, so a modern cross-platform stack such as Flutter, React Native or similar is essential. Core user experience • Content sharing: photos, videos and text posts need slick upload tools, feeds and profile timelines. • Live streaming should support real-time chat, likes and automatic archive to the user’s channel. • Messaging (one-to-one and group) with push notifications rounds out daily engagement. Monetization layer • Ad revenue sharing (in-feed and pre-roll) paid out to creators through a secure wallet. • Subscription plans so fans can unlock premium content and perks. • Sponsored content tagging with clear disclosure for brands. Advertiser console must allow campaign creation, audience targeting, spend tracking and basic analytics. An admin dashboard is required for user moderation, revenue reporting and payout management. Deliverables 1. Responsive web app plus native-feeling iOS/Android builds from the same code-base. 2. Backend (Node, Django or equivalent) with scalable microservices, REST/GraphQL API, CDN-ready media storage and integrated payment gateways (Stripe/PayPal). 3. Complete UI/UX design system. 4. Documentation and deployment scripts for cloud hosting (AWS, GCP or Azure). 5. Post-launch maintenance window to tackle critical fixes. Acceptance criteria • All listed features functional and performance-tested on current iOS/Android and major browsers. • Secure creator payout flow passes sandbox and live transactions. • Source code, design assets and technical docs handed over in a private repository.
