I’m building a straightforward yet polished mobile journal that lets traders record every aspect of a position and instantly see how they are doing overall. The core flow is simple: users log in (with either email-password or one of the common social platforms), add a new trade, fill in entry and exit points, tag the strategy they followed, and choose the emotions they felt—greed, fear, FOMO, or anything else we may add later. From there the app should present a clean dashboard that sums current capital, running P&L, and a scrollable list of all trades. I also want a section that visualises which strategies are working and which emotions show up most often so users can spot behavioural patterns. Please design it with a modern look while still respecting both Material Design and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines, so it feels native on Android and iOS alike. All data—including authentication—must round-trip through Firebase for secure backup and easy future scaling. If you can craft a smooth UX, wire Firebase in properly, and hand over well-structured, maintainable code with clear setup instructions, I’d love to work together.
