We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain integrations and security to build a lightweight crypto escrow platform. The platform should be inspired by the simplicity of: https://www.guaranty-escrow.com/what-is-crypto-escrow/ but only include the essential features required for a secure escrow service. Public Website The website should allow buyers and sellers to: Create an escrow transaction Register/Login Deposit cryptocurrency Track payment confirmations Communicate through the escrow process (optional internal messaging) Release or refund funds according to the escrow workflow Receive email notifications The interface should be clean, professional and easy to use. Supported Cryptocurrencies The platform should be designed so additional cryptocurrencies can easily be added. Initially we would like support for: Bitcoin (BTC) Monero (XMR) Please explain your proposed architecture for adding additional cryptocurrencies later. Escrow Features The system should include: Unique escrow Order ID Buyer & Seller accounts Escrow status tracking Deposit detection Release funds Refund funds Dispute status Admin override Fee calculation Wallet history Audit log Status examples: Awaiting Payment Awaiting Confirmations Funded Released Refunded Disputed Cancelled Wallet Integration The system must support either: Self-hosted full nodes Examples: Bitcoin Core RPC Monero Wallet RPC Blockstream Mempool BlockCypher Tatum Other professional solutions Please explain which solution you recommend. Security Requirements Security is the highest priority. The project should include industry best practices: HTTPS / SSL CSRF protection XSS protection SQL Injection protection Rate limiting Secure session management Argon2 password hashing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Encrypted wallet/key storage Environment variables for secrets Audit logging Role-based permissions Protection against replay attacks Secure withdrawal validation Do NOT hardcode private keys anywhere in the application. Wallet Information For each escrow transaction the system should store and display (when appropriate): Order ID Deposit Address Confirmation count Escrow fee Amount received Amount released Date and time For Monero support, if implemented, include handling for: Wallet Address Private View Key (Only if absolutely necessary) Secret Spend Key Sensitive wallet information must be encrypted and only accessible to authorized administrators. Admin Dashboard The administrator dashboard should allow me to: User Management Create users Suspend users Delete users Reset passwords Lock accounts View login history Escrow Management View every escrow Filter by status Search by Order ID Search by wallet address Search by TXID Search by username Force release Force refund Freeze escrow Flag suspicious transactions Reports Generate reports by date range including: Number of escrows Total volume Total fees collected Released transactions Refunded transactions Disputed transactions Failed transactions Technical Requirements We are open to the technology stack, but preference will be given to modern, secure frameworks. Preferred technologies include: Backend Rust Go Node.js Laravel (if security is well implemented) Frontend React Next.js Vue Database PostgreSQL Deliverables The project will be considered complete when I can: Deploy from a clean repository Configure environment variables Connect my own Bitcoin node or blockchain APIs Run the complete escrow workflow Test deposits Detect confirmations automatically Release funds Process refunds Log in as administrator Manage users Manage escrows Generate reports without application errors.
