I’m building a digital home for my hand-picked homestay collection and need a partner who can deliver both a responsive website and companion apps for iOS and Android. The overall look should stay minimalist and clean so the properties’ images remain the focus. Core experience • Landing page that showcases a beautifully laid-out grid of top hotels and homestays by location. • Location dropdown (web and app) that filters results instantly. • Individual property pages featuring a “Book on WhatsApp” button instead of a full booking engine. • Owner submission page where hosts upload photos and details; the listing only goes live after my manual approval. Photos required from hosts • Exterior photos • Interior photos • Amenities photos Tech expectations Modern web stack for fast load times, scalable CMS for easy additions, and native or high-quality cross-platform frameworks for the apps—whatever you’re most confident will meet Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines smoothly.
