I need a fully-functioning task-flow management workflow built around Airtable. The goal is to let my team assign tasks, track progress in real time, and receive deadline reminders without leaving the base. I already have a detailed spec document that walks through the tables, views, and logic; I’ll share it once you confirm you can quote accurately. Core requirements • Task assignment that links assignees to records and fires the right notifications • Progress tracking with clear status updates and roll-ups so I can see project health at a glance • Automated deadline reminders triggered by due dates, with configurable timing The workflow must run natively in Airtable (scripts, automations, or Interfaces—whichever is most efficient). If you see value in also touching Slack or Trello later, note that in your proposal, but the first milestone is 100 % Airtable-based.
