I need a creative designer to craft a commemorative coin for my Army unit. The coin should incorporate: - Unit insignia - Motto - Washington State - Fairchild Airforce Base - Previous design idea - Element tying in the lineage to the 385th Station Hospital, Germany I'm open to various shapes, but a custom shape would be preferred. Ideal Skills & Experience: - Experience in coin design - Strong artistic and graphic design skills - Ability to incorporate multiple elements cohesively - Attention to detail - Military design experience is a plus
