I need an end-to-end, production-ready B2B fintech platform that covers both a custom-developed website and a native Android app. The solution must support secure user authentication and a rock-solid transaction management engine from day one, with the flexibility to plug in multiple service APIs—mobile recharge, bill payments, AEPS, NSDL PAN, train and flight bookings—as soon as the initial framework is stable. Payment gateway Intrgration for easy payments. On the web side, please build a clean, fast, and responsive portal rather than using WordPress or any off-the-shelf CMS. A modular backend (Laravel, Node.js, or a stack you can justify) with REST/JSON or GraphQL endpoints should power both the site and the Android client. Core responsibilities include wallet and commission logic, real-time transaction status handling, and an admin dashboard for settlement, user KYC, and dispute tracking. The Android app should mirror web functionality with smooth onboarding, biometric login support, and offline-tolerant order queuing. Code in Kotlin (or Java if strongly preferred), follow Android Jetpack guidelines, and keep the UI lightweight; speed and reliability are critical for agents in the field with patchy data. Deliverables • Custom web portal with full backend • Native Android application (.apk + Play listing assets) • Documented REST/GraphQL API layer shared by both clients • Source code in a private repository, build scripts, and environment files • Deployment package and basic CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar) • Technical documentation and handover session Acceptance criteria 1. New user can register, complete KYC, log in, and view wallet balance. 2. Admin can credit/debit wallets and view ledger reports. 3. Any service call (mock or live API) must log a transaction, update its status asynchronously, and be visible in the user’s history. 4. Web and Android clients consume the same API and show identical data in real time. 5. Code passes static analysis and unit tests you include; build and deployment instructions work on a clean cloud instance.
