Custom Car Seat Cushion Design

Descripción de la oferta
I’m upgrading only the seat cushions in my car and want a one-of-a-kind custom design rather than a basic luxury swap. The existing frames, headrests and upholstery stay; your focus is on re-thinking the cushions themselves—shape, density, stitching layout, possible hidden support panels or accent panels—so they look unique and feel noticeably better on long drives. Here’s how I imagine the collaboration: • You propose two or three design concepts after I share photos, measurements and a short mood board. • Once we agree on a direction, you translate the concept into production-ready assets—pattern files (DXF/PDF) plus a material list that I can hand to any upholstery shop, or, if you have in-house capability, a finished prototype I can test-fit in the car. • Final delivery includes high-resolution renders or mock-ups so I can visualise the cushions before committing to material costs. Acceptance criteria 1. Patterns line up precisely with my seat frames; bolt-points and sensors remain unobstructed. 2. Foam density and layered build satisfy the ergonomic brief we discuss (I’ll supply weight and seating-position info). 3. All files are delivered in the agreed formats and are editable for any future tweaks. Feel free to bring your preferred tools—AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, Adobe Illustrator, even hand-sketched concepts scanned at high resolution—as long as the final digital files meet the criteria above. If you’ve done bespoke automotive interiors before, links or photos of that work will help me gauge fit and finish. Ready to start as soon as we settle on timelines.
