I need a compact chain-and-pulley assembly whose sole job is to transfer rotary motion from one shaft to another. The working environment is industrial, so strength and repeatable accuracy matter more than aesthetics. PLEASE CHECK THE ATTACHED IMAGE. I ONLY WANT SOMEONE FROM PUNE MAHARASHTRA. I want all load-bearing parts—sprockets, shafts, brackets—machined from steel, while ancillary elements such as guards or spacer plates can be aluminum to keep overall weight down. The exact chain style is still open; you can advise whether a standard roller chain, a silent chain, or another profile will give the smoothest motion at moderate speed (≈30 RPM) with minimal backlash and noise. I will test fit and load-run the first article here; once it turns smoothly and meets alignment within 0.1 mm, the job is complete and full payment releases.
