I’m building a pan-European marketplace for new and second-hand trucks and commercial vehicles and I need the complete package: front-end site, back-office CMS, and seamless data flow between them. The CMS must be custom (no WordPress or Joomla) and structured with additional languages and markets. The two non-negotiable pillars are User Management and Inventory Management; every other module hangs from those foundations. Key modules I expect to see working end-to-end: • User management – tiered roles for dealers, private sellers, buyers, plus my own admin role with granular permissions. • Inventory management – bulk import/export, VIN-level details, photo gallery per vehicle, status flags (available, reserved, sold). • Reporting & analytics – stock turnover, lead sources, top performing brands, exportable as CSV. • Offers, categories & brands – create limited-time discounts, highlight featured trucks, maintain brand catalogues. Front-end must be fully responsive, fast, and optimised for European buyers: multi-currency display, metric/imperial toggles, and a search filter that drills down by make, model, year, mileage, Euro norm, body type, etc. Acceptance criteria 1. I can add a truck, assign it to a dealer, publish it, and see it live without touching code. 2. Role-based dashboards show only data relevant to that user level. 3. Inventory exports/imports run without breaking relations (photos, specs, dealer info). 4. Page speed scores 90+ on Google PageSpeed for both mobile and desktop. 5. Codebase packaged with install instructions so my own team can deploy to staging and production. Please allow for clean, well-documented code, future integrations via REST/GraphQL, and a UI that looks professional right out of the box.
