I need a solid, ScreenConnect-style application that lets my small team (no more than ten users) jump onto a colleague’s machine, take full remote control, and share screens in real time without lag. Windows, macOS, and Linux all have to be covered—ideally with native agents or a lightweight install so nobody has to fight with dependencies on the day we roll it out. Core functions • Unattended and attended remote desktop control • Smooth, high-resolution screen sharing for demos or quick troubleshooting (File transfer would be a bonus but is not mandatory right now.) Security is critical, so I expect end-to-end encryption (TLS/AES or equivalent), individual session codes, and role-based permissions. A web-based admin console where I can create users, set access levels, and view session logs would make life easier. I’m open to two routes: 1. You already have a proven, white-label solution you can brand for us and license. 2. You can build a custom app from scratch—leveraging something like .NET, Rust, or WebRTC—so long as the final installer and UX are polished. Deliverables 1. Executables or installers for Windows, macOS, and Linux 2. Central admin/management console (web or desktop) 3. User and admin guides with screenshots 4. Source code or perpetual license agreement (whichever applies) 5. At least two weeks of post-deployment support for fixes and questions If you can demonstrate an existing product or a solid prototype that checks these boxes, share a brief video or live demo link with your proposal and outline your expected timeline to full deployment.
