# Full-Stack Developer Required for Custom Digital Signage CMS & Brand Dashboard We are looking for an experienced **Full-Stack Developer or Development Agency** to build a custom, cloud-based **Digital Signage Content Management System (CMS)** and integrate it with our website. ## Project Objective The platform should allow our internal team to remotely manage advertisements across multiple digital screens, while also providing brands and advertisers with their own login dashboard to track their campaigns. The solution should be scalable, secure and suitable for managing hundreds of screens across multiple locations. ## 1. Admin CMS Requirements The admin panel should allow our team to: * Add and manage screens and screen locations * Group screens into zones, clusters or campaigns * Upload video, image and other advertisement creatives * Create playlists and advertisement loops * Schedule advertisements by date, time, screen, location or cluster * Control the duration and frequency of each advertisement * Assign campaigns to selected screens or the complete network * View whether each screen is online or offline * Monitor the last active time of every screen * Remotely update content without visiting the location * Manage brands, advertisers, users and venue partners * Pause, resume, replace or extend campaigns * Maintain campaign start and end dates * Receive alerts for offline or inactive screens * View campaign-wise and screen-wise reports ## 2. Brand / Advertiser Dashboard Every brand should receive secure login credentials through our website. After logging in, the brand should be able to view: * Active and completed campaigns * Campaign start and end dates * Advertisement creative currently running * Screens and locations included in the campaign * Campaign status * Number of scheduled ad plays * Actual advertisement play count * Screen uptime and availability * Date-wise and location-wise performance * Proof-of-play reports * Screenshots or playback confirmation, wherever technically possible * Downloadable campaign reports in PDF or Excel format * Invoices and campaign documents, if included in the final scope The brand dashboard will initially be for campaign monitoring only. Brands should not be able to directly publish or change advertisements without admin approval. ## 3. Screen Player Application A player application will be required for devices connected to each display. The player should: * Automatically download assigned content * Continue playing advertisements even if the internet is temporarily unavailable * Automatically sync new content when connectivity is restored * Send online/offline status to the CMS * Record proof-of-play data * Automatically launch when the device starts * Support scheduled playlists * Prevent unauthorised access or changes at the screen location * Support remote updates and troubleshooting Please mention which hardware or operating systems you recommend, such as: * Android Media Player * Android TV * Raspberry Pi * Windows Mini PC * Linux-based Player ## 4. Website Integration The CMS and brand dashboard must be integrated with our existing website. Required website features include: * Brand login page * Secure authentication * Role-based access * Dashboard accessible through our website * Consistent branding and responsive design * Password reset and account management * Admin creation and management of brand accounts ## 5. Reporting & Analytics The system should generate: * Proof-of-play reports * Campaign-wise playback reports * Screen-wise playback reports * Location-wise reports * Online and offline screen reports * Screen uptime percentage * Scheduled plays versus actual plays * Downloadable PDF and Excel reports * Filters by campaign, brand, screen, location and date ## 6. User Roles The platform should support role-based access for: * Super Admin * Operations Team * Sales Team * Brand / Advertiser * Venue Partner, preferably as a future module Each user should only have access to the information relevant to their role. ## 7. Technical Expectations The solution should be: * Cloud-based * Secure and scalable * Mobile and desktop responsive * Developed using a reliable and modern technology stack * Capable of supporting hundreds of screens * API-ready for future integrations * Properly documented * Easy for a non-technical operations team to manage * Built with appropriate database backups and security measures We are open to suggestions regarding the most suitable technology stack and cloud infrastructure. ## 8. Preferred Developer Experience Preference will be given to developers who have previously worked on: * Digital signage platforms * DOOH advertising systems * Screen management software * Video streaming or media scheduling platforms * SaaS dashboards * Multi-tenant web applications * POS or retail management systems * Campaign tracking and analytics platforms Applicants without relevant experience may apply, but they must clearly explain how they plan to build and manage the screen-player communication system. ## 9.
