I am ready to move our team onto a reliable, hosted email platform that runs on our own domain. A hosted service is a must—we do not want to manage servers in-house—yet I am still weighing which provider (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail, or another you can justify) will serve us best. Beyond standard mailbox creation, I need enough flexibility to support our recruitment workflow: shared folders or labels for candidate threads, easy delegation, and simple integration with the ATS and calendar invites we already use. Large storage, robust spam filtering, and built-in collaboration tools (docs, calendars, chats) are desirable if they fit the same package. Here is what I expect from you: • A concise comparison of at least two hosted options outlining costs, security features, storage limits, and how each could handle the recruitment-specific needs above. • End-to-end setup of the chosen platform, including DNS changes (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), creation of all user mailboxes/aliases, and activation on desktop and mobile clients. • A brief hand-off guide or screen-share session so my team understands how to access their new accounts, share folders, and manage basic admin tasks. Success is when every user can send and receive mail through our custom domain without disruption, spam is appropriately filtered, and our recruitment team’s shared workflow is live on day one.
