I need a purpose-built Electronic Speed Controller for my electric glider that runs on 3-6 cell Li-Po packs (8.4 V – 11.1 V). The unit must deliver: • Responsive throttle control for a brushless motor • Integrated battery management with safe low-voltage cut-off and, if practical, basic current limiting • A reliable brake function to stop a folding prop cleanly in flight Compact size, light weight and maximum efficiency are important, as the airframe has limited space and every gram counts. Here is what I would like from you: 1. Schematic, PCB layout and BOM (KiCad, Altium or similar) 2. Firmware source code with clear parameter tables (C / STM32, ATMEL AVR or comparable MCU) 3. Simple desktop configuration tool or clear CLI instructions so I can adjust timing, throttle curves and brake strength 4. A brief test report showing the ESC running a small outrunner on 2 S and 3 S packs, confirming smooth throttle, correct brake engagement and LVC activation Deliver the design files and firmware ready for me to order prototypes and flash the MCU. If anything in the brief needs clarification, let me know—otherwise I’m excited to get this glider airborne with a custom-tuned ESC.
