I’m building a full-stack web application in Node.js and React that lets both organizers and attendees handle every step of an event in one place. The core of the system is robust event management: organizers must be able to create, edit, and publish events while tracking registrations in real time. Key features I need working smoothly from day one are: • Event creation & editing with date, venue, and capacity controls • Attendee tracking that updates instantly and can be filtered or exported • Automated email reminders tied to registration status or schedule changes • WhatsApp API integration so notifications can go out on the channel our users prefer Because the same interface will serve organizers and attendees, role-based access is essential. I’ll also need a clean dashboard, responsive design, and an admin area where I can see aggregate event data without digging through code. Deliverables I expect: 1. React front-end with intuitive workflows for both roles 2. Node.js/Express back-end exposing a secure REST API 3. Database schema (MongoDB or PostgreSQL) that supports attendee metrics and future data analytics 4. Working email and WhatsApp notification modules with environment-based configuration 5. Deployment scripts and a short setup guide so I can run the app locally or on a cloud host I’m ready to move quickly once the architecture is clear, and I’m happy to answer technical questions as they come up.
