I am currently building a real estate webapp using Lovable (lovable.dev) which is fully functional. I need to build one complex custom feature that requires backend and API expertise. The Goal: I want to create a tool where a user pastes a property listing URL (from portals like Bayut or Property Finder) and the system retrieves the specific Unit Number, Owner’s Name, and Owner’s Phone Number. How I envision the workflow: Data Extraction: Scrape/extract key listing details (building name, price, size, bedrooms, layout) from the submitted portal URL. Database Matching: Query/cross-reference this data with Dubai Land Department (DLD) transaction history or a third-party real estate database to isolate the exact unit. Owner Identification: Retrieve the owner's contact details associated with that unit (similar to how existing Telegram "owner finder" bots and Chrome extensions operate in Dubai). API Integration: Deliver this data back to my Lovable frontend via a clean API endpoint (or Supabase Edge Function). Your Role: Build the backend scraping and matching logic, set up the necessary third-party API integrations, and deliver a clean API endpoint that I can easily connect to my Lovable frontend.
