I need a single, integrated application that lets me run both sides of my business—restaurant and retail—from one place. The must-have features are real-time stock management, streamlined order handling, and clear profit tracking. The system has to process both restaurant tickets and shop orders seamlessly, including bulk requests. For fulfilment I rely on in-store pickup and a simple delivery workflow, so the app should coordinate pickup queues, assign drivers, and update delivery status in real time. A dashboard that shows live inventory, automatic deductions when items are sold, low-stock alerts, and daily profit snapshots will complete the workflow. I’m flexible on the tech stack as long as the solution runs smoothly on our Android tablets in store and through any modern browser for back-office use. Cloud sync is essential so we never lose data, and a quick export to CSV or Excel will keep the accountant happy.
