I’m looking for a fabricator who can build a set of small tanks from 3/8-inch thick polypropylene sheet. The tanks will be used for general liquid storage—nothing hazardous—but they must be fully watertight and built to last. Shape & size I have a custom footprint in mind rather than a standard cylindrical or rectangular form. Once we connect, I’ll share simple sketches with key dimensions so you can translate them into a proper shop drawing or CAD model. Your ability to advise on bend radii, panel layout, and reinforcement to keep walls true will be appreciated. Construction details • Material: virgin, un-filled polypropylene, 3/8″ (≈9.5 mm) thick • Seams: butt-fusion or high-quality hot-air welds, neatly dressed on the inside • Lids/covers: each tank needs a tight-fitting removable cover with a raised lip to prevent splash-out • Leak test: fill test or air-pressure soap test with photo/video proof before shipment Deliverables 1. Fabrication drawings (PDF + native file) for my sign-off 2. Finished tanks with lids, cleaned and deburred 3. Test documentation and build photos 4. Safe packaging ready for courier pickup If you already have CNC panel cutting, plastic welding tables, and experience with polypropylene fabrication, this will be a straightforward project. I’m ready to move quickly once I see your past work and timeline estimate. Here sre the sizes, outside measurements 12 inches high, 17 inches wide, and 22 inches deep. Both assemblies require removable lids, and the second assembly also needs a vertical divider running from back to front to equally divide the space into two separate
