Custom Water Leak Detector PCB

I’m developing a compact, sensor-based water leak detector and have already finished the schematic. Now I need a specialist to turn that schematic into a production-ready board layout and clean Gerber package. Scope • Translate my existing schematic into a neat, single- or double-layer PCB that keeps overall dimensions small (the enclosure footprint is 40 mm × 60 mm). • Optimize trace routing for a low-power, battery-operated design; key nets carry no more than 3 V. • Include pads for the water sensor probe, a low-power microcontroller (I’m currently leaning toward an STM32L series but can adapt if you know a better fit), an LED indicator, piezo buzzer, and test pads for programming. • Provide advice on component placement to minimize false positives caused by ambient moisture. • Generate Gerbers, drill files, pick-and-place file, and a finished BOM with manufacturer part numbers and footprints that match the layout. Preferred tools Altium Designer or KiCad are ideal because I’ll be maintaining the design afterward, but Eagle or EasyEDA is acceptable if you can also export to an open format. Acceptance criteria 1. PCB layout file opens without errors in the stated CAD package. 2. Gerber set passes JLCPCB’s online viewer and DRC. 3. BOM references parts that are currently in stock at at least one major distributor (Mouser, Digi-Key, or LCSC). 4. Clear, labeled silkscreen for all connectors and polarity-sensitive parts. Deliverables • Editable CAD project file • Complete Gerber/NC drill set • BOM (spreadsheet) • Assembly drawing / PDF plot showing component designators If you’re confident in low-power digital/analog layout and have shipped similar sensor boards before, I’m ready to get started right away.
