I need a small-footprint Windows application tailored for my dabeli outlet. The core workflow is straightforward: when a customer places an order I should be able to ring it up, print a combined bill-and-coupon on my Bluetooth thermal printer, and later scan the coupon’s code at the counter to mark the order as delivered. Everything has to feel as quick as a cash register yet still give me the back-office visibility of a full POS. Key functions I must have • Inventory management – live tracking of buns, masala, packaging, etc., with low-stock alerts. • Employee management – simple logins, shift timestamps, and basic performance stats. • Sales reporting – daily and monthly summaries, item-wise analytics, and CSV export. Hardware integration • Printer: works over Bluetooth; the app should auto-detect or let me pair it once and remember the device. Formatting must fit a 58 mm roll. • Scanner: any USB barcode/QR reader. Scanning a coupon should instantly flip the order status to “delivered” and time-stamp it. Quality checkpoints 1. EXE installer that runs on Windows 10/11 without extra paid dependencies. 2. Clean, touch-friendly interface; single-screen checkout flow. 3. Printed receipt shows bill details + unique coupon code/barcode. 4. “Delivered” status visible in real-time reports after a scan. 5. Source code and a short setup/manual so I can grow the system later. If a lightweight stack such as C#/.NET with SQLite suits the job I am fine with it, though I am open to alternatives that keep deployment simple.
