I’m ready to move our scattered customer and employee data into a single Zoho-powered workspace. The priority is to stand up two fully functional areas: • CRM – I need reliable lead tracking that captures prospects from web forms and email, routes them automatically to the right sales rep, and lets us convert qualified leads to contacts and deals in a click. Just as important, the system must let my support team log and resolve customer issues without losing the conversation history. • HR – Within the same Zoho ecosystem I want streamlined recruitment workflows (requisition approval, candidate pipeline, offer letters) and a tidy, searchable employee records vault that stores contracts, reviews, and compliance docs. I already hold Zoho One licences, so you can pull in Zoho CRM, Desk, Recruit, People, Flow or any other native tool you feel speeds things up. Custom fields, blueprints, automated emails, dashboards, and role-based permissions should be configured so that the team can start using the platform with minimal training. Deliverables: 1. Configured Zoho modules covering the CRM and HR needs above 2. Tested automations and user roles documented in an admin guide (PDF) 3. One live hand-over session (recorded) to walk my staff through daily use and basic maintenance The build will be considered complete once new leads flow to the right pipeline stage, tickets show under each customer profile, recruiters can track candidates end-to-end, and managers can pull an employee record in two clicks.
