I have a raw customer dataset that needs to be turned into clear, interactive insights. Using advanced Excel techniques—pivot tables, dynamic charts, and slicers—I want a single-file dashboard that lets me slice the data by region, segment, and time period while key metrics update automatically. The workflow I picture is straightforward: clean the data if needed, structure it into well-named tables, build the pivot reports, and layer on charts that refresh when a slicer is used. Everything should remain within native Excel (no external add-ins) so my team can maintain it later. Please show examples of similar customer-centric dashboards or pivot-driven reports you’ve built in the past.
