I need a well-structured Excel workbook that lets me drop in raw customer data and instantly see meaningful insights. The core objective is data analysis focused specifically on customer behaviour, so the file should make trend analysis and segmentation analysis both quick and intuitive. Here is what I have in mind: • A clean, instruction tab where I can paste or import new customer records (CSV friendly). • Automated tables, formulas, or Power Query steps that transform that raw feed into an analysis-ready data model. • Pivot tables, charts, or a compact dashboard that highlights purchase trends over time and breaks the customer base into clear segments I can act on. • Everything unlocked and documented so I can tweak filters, date ranges, or add new fields later without breaking the logic. I work primarily in the latest Microsoft 365 environment, so feel free to use dynamic arrays, slicers, or Power Pivot if they streamline the workflow. As long as it’s fast, accurate, and easy to refresh, I’m happy. When we’re done I’ll test the file with a sample data dump and double-check that both the trend and segmentation outputs update correctly. Looking forward to seeing how you’d build it.
