I need an extra pair of hands to keep our customer records and daily orders accurate and up-to-date. Everything lives in spreadsheets—mostly Google Sheets with the occasional Excel file—so you must be comfortable navigating, filtering, and validating data there. Your main responsibilities are simple but critical: • Update each customer’s contact details and purchase history as new information comes in. • Process incoming orders the moment they appear in the sheet so fulfillment can move without delay. Accuracy is non-negotiable; a single typo can create shipment or support headaches. I’ll provide clear column definitions, access to the shared drive, and a short Loom video that walks through the current workflow. Please be ready to start right away and communicate progress at the end of each shift.
