I have a set of customer forms packed with both text and numeric information, and I need every field transferred accurately into a single, well-structured Excel workbook. You’ll be working directly from the forms I supply—think names, addresses, comments, order numbers, quantities, dates and similar mixed data. Consistency and accuracy take priority over speed. Before you begin, I’ll share a brief field-mapping guide so you know exactly where each piece of information belongs. After that, you’ll receive the forms in manageable batches; once a batch is finished, send back the updated spreadsheet so I can run a quick spot-check and release the next set. Deliverable • One Excel (.xlsx) file that contains every record from the provided customer forms. Acceptance criteria • All text matches the source wording verbatim. • Numeric entries calculate correctly when totalled. • No missing fields, blank rows, or misaligned columns. • File opens without errors in Excel 2016 or later. If questions arise while you’re keying in the data, I’m available for quick clarification so we keep rework to a minimum.
