I need to have a property evaluation template. I have a few examples of what we have previously used and few options of what we would like our template to look like. This would need to be a word document that an office of 10 people could use to replicate each time they need to provide a property evaluation to a client. We need a cover page contents page Engagement Letter or liability letter - general description of what the agent is doing Section 1 Executive summary - description of the property/area around the property, second page for zoning. Section 2 Property Summary - an overview page with a grid to show building size, utilities, property owner, address, property legal, year built. 2nd page, Billings area description page, 3rd page aerials map, 4th page - property boundary, 5th page zoning, Key facts page, page for pictures, page to insert the county records. Section 3 Valuations Summary - 1 page - valuation summary page, 2nd page - Sale Comp page for comparable properties, 3rd page - comparable property map, 4th page - sales approach analysis (able to insert excel table), 5th page - income approach description, 6th page - map of comparable properties, 7th page - income capitalization approach page for excel spreadsheet to be inserted. 8th page - cost approach (not typically used) Assumptions section Advisor Bio page
