Project via Microsoft CoPilot Agent to create a workflow to track all tasks assigned to my team (Domain Heads or DH) and send reminders before and on the target date to ensure zero surprises on critical deliverables. 2 - 3 people will have admin rights to mark the assignment as closed. Other can only respond or delegate. Trigger Screen 1. Auto capture date 2. *Drop Down field for selecting DH. I should be able to assign 1 DH or SOME DH or ALL DH (List of DH should be editable by Admins) 3. *Textarea field to enter the deliverable (No word count limit) 4. *Drop down field to indicate type of deliverable..Options would be Regulatory / ServiceNow / ACB / Others. (This list should be editable by admins) 5. *Target Date (Date field can be entered or selected via calendar icon) 6. DH Reminder From (Daily reminders should be sent from this date to assigned DH) 7. HIA Reminder (Date Field when HIA needs to review) 8. Upload Button : To upload multiple file (No restriction on size or type of file). Once uploaded it should show the file(s) uploaded before clicking SUBMIT. Option to save as draft and cancel should exist. DH Notification 9. Mail should be triggered to assigned DH with all above details with link to the application. DH may choose to start working / delegating the task without opening the link. 10. On clicking the link DH should be able to see all details entered (from 1 - 7) in non editable format. Additionally DH would be able to see below fields 11. Textarea field for response should be available for response 12. Download option for viewing what was shared 13. Upload option should be available for . Multiple files 14. SUBMIT / SAVE AS DRAFT should be available Landing Page for all stakeholders should show a summary of what all were assigned in the order of deliverables due. We should have options for NEWLY ASSIGNED ones at the top and once read, they should be joining the queue. Approaching deadline can have a small icon for better reading. Should be able to.sort the contents basis table headers ALL OF THIS SHOULD BE EASILY TRANSFERRED / DEPLOYED VIA PLUG N PLAY and not involve lengthy processes. Its a standalone application. Pls confirm if there are any concerns/ dependencies / prerequisites in deploying this. All elements should be modifiable later by Admin access.
