Cybersecurity Consultant Wanted – Process Guidance, Templates & Tool Recommendations. I am looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant to provide expert guidance on structuring cybersecurity service offerings and operational workflows. I am seeking consultation on how end-to-end security delivery operates in practice, along with practical resources to help streamline workflows. Key Areas of Guidance Needed: ---------------------------------------------------- Service Workflows & Delivery Flows: Walk through end-to-end operational flows for security services (e.g., scoping, assessment, architecture review, compliance alignment, and reporting). Templates & Artifacts: Share or recommend customizable templates (e.g., assessment frameworks, statement of work outlines, technical discovery questionnaires, reporting templates). Tooling & Technology Stack: Recommendations on essential commercial and open-source tools/platforms used for discovery, compliance mapping, assessment, and reporting. Requirements & Qualifications: ------------------------------------------------- Proven Experience: Background in cybersecurity consulting, MSSP, or professional services delivery. Type: Short-term advisory / Hourly consultation (with potential for follow-up sessions). Format: 1-on-1 video/audio call + documentation/template sharing.
