Think of it as a 60 second++ vertical tour where viewers instantly understand why the kitchen island, rooftop deck, smart-home system—or whatever makes that listing shine—matters to them. Here’s how I see the workflow: • I’ll send you photos, short clips, floor plans, or raw footage for the listings. • You tap AI tools (Runway, Descript, CapCut, Canva, etc.) to generate dynamic edits, text overlays, subtle transitions, royalty-free music, and branded lower thirds. • Each finished reel is delivered in 1080×1920 (MP4) along with the caption text and relevant hashtags so my social media manager can post without tweaks. Quality bar: • Visuals must be crisp and color-balanced; no jump cuts that feel jarring. • The first three seconds hook viewers with the prime selling point. • Captions match spoken or on-screen text for silent playback. • Brand colors (#0E4E86, #F4B400) appear in graphics or text for consistent identity.
