Every day I maintain an inventory workbook that must stay perfectly current. Your task is simple but critical: import a fresh list of new items from a separate file and integrate them into the master sheet without disturbing any existing structure or formulas. No manual typing is involved—everything arrives in a clean source file ready for import. The sheet already tracks stock levels, SKUs, and reorder points, so accuracy during the merge is essential. I expect you to: • Bring the new items into the correct tables and ranges • Preserve all look-ups, conditional formats, and summary pivots that feed off the inventory list • Flag any duplicate SKUs or formatting conflicts before you save the final version • Return the updated workbook to me each day before 5 p.m. (my local time) You may use Power Query, VBA, or any other reliable Excel import method as long as the process stays repeatable and keeps the file lightweight. A short note describing what was added and any issues spotted will complete the hand-off. If a day’s file requires no additions, just confirm that in the log; otherwise, I should always be able to open the workbook and see the fresh stock seamlessly in place.
