I need a reliable pair of hands for about an hour each day to keep our paperwork flowing smoothly. You will: • raise customer invoices in Xero, • generate shipping labels through DPD, and • prepare simple price quotes in Excel. All the source details come to you by WhatsApp, so you’ll just copy the figures across, check everything ties up, and confirm back to me once each mini-batch is done. Accuracy is critical because the numbers go straight to customers and couriers; speed matters too, but not at the expense of mistakes. You should already feel comfortable navigating Xero, booking shipments in DPD, and using basic formulas or look-ups in Excel. A quiet internet connection and the discipline to jump on at roughly the same time every weekday will keep us both happy. Deliverable each day: a cleared inbox—every invoice sent, every label booked, every quote filled in and saved to our shared folder—before you sign off.
