Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Flutter developer to build a professional mobile application for Android and iOS that enables employees to submit daily reports, while allowing supervisors and managers to review, approve, and manage them through a structured approval workflow. The application should have a modern, user-friendly interface and use Firebase as the backend. ⸻ User Roles 1. Employee * Secure login using a One-Time Verification Code (OTP) sent to the employee’s registered email. * Submit daily reports. * Upload multiple images with each report. * View previously submitted reports. * Track the status of submitted reports (Pending, Approved, Rejected). * Receive notifications when the report is approved, rejected, or requires changes. 2. Direct Manager * View reports submitted by employees under their supervision. * Review report details and attached images. * Add comments if needed. * Approve or reject reports. * Forward approved reports to the higher-level manager. 3. Senior Manager * View all reports approved by direct managers. * Review reports and attachments. * Approve reports as final. * Return reports with comments if corrections are required. * View reports by department, employee, or date. ⸻ Authentication * Login using employee email. * One-Time Verification Code (OTP) sent via email. * Secure authentication. * Logout option. ⸻ Daily Report Each report should include: * Date * Employee Name * Department * Daily Activities * Issues or Challenges * Recommendations * Multiple Image Attachments * Submit Button ⸻ Report Workflow 1. Employee submits the report. 2. Direct Manager reviews the report. 3. Manager approves or rejects it. 4. If approved, the report is automatically forwarded to the Senior Manager. 5. Senior Manager reviews and gives final approval. 6. If rejected, comments are sent back to the employee for correction. ⸻ Report Archive Users should be able to: * Access previous reports at any time. * Search reports by date. * Search by employee. * Filter by department. * Filter by report status. ⸻ Statistics Dashboard The application should provide dashboards showing: * Daily reports submitted. * Weekly reports. * Monthly reports. * Reports by department. * Reports by employee. * Pending reports. * Approved reports. * Rejected reports. * Employee performance statistics. ⸻ Notifications Push notifications should be sent when: * A new report is submitted. * A report is approved. * A report is rejected. * A report is forwarded to the next manager. * Comments are added. ⸻ Technologies * Flutter * Firebase Authentication * Cloud Firestore * Firebase Storage * Firebase Cloud Messaging (Push Notifications) ⸻ Deliverables * Complete Flutter source code. * Android APK. * Android App Bundle (AAB). * iOS Project. * Firebase configuration. * Clean and well-structured code. * Documentation.
