I need a clean, up-to-date list of commercial real-estate brokers who appear on LoopNet’s Dallas page (https://www.loopnet.com/commercial-real-estate-brokers/united-states/tx/dallas/) as well as any brokers that surface when you refine the site’s search to the retail sector. For every qualifying profile, capture only these two fields: • Phone number • Email address Compile everything into a single Excel spreadsheet and include one row per broker. Each column should be clearly labelled so I can filter or sort the data later.
