I have QPS dash-cam footage that captures a faulty traffic-light sequence. I need this footage prepared so it can stand up as evidence in court. Your job is to embed clear, enhanced timestamps directly onto the relevant frames, then spotlight the exact moments that prove the light malfunctioned. The end product must work in two forms: 1) a high-resolution printable file (PDF or similar) that lays out the key frames in order, each with its timestamp prominently visible and the critical frames visually highlighted, and 2) the original video with the same enhanced timestamps and highlights preserved, so the printed pages and the digital clip match perfectly. Accuracy is everything here; the court must be able to read each timestamp at a glance. If you use industry tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut, mention that so I know you can output both the print-ready stills and the timestamped video without quality loss.
