I have a bundle of raw information—spreadsheets, product photos and short texts—that all need to be publication-ready. First, the spreadsheets require careful data cleaning and formatting. I need duplicates removed, columns standardized, and any obvious inconsistencies fixed so the files can drop straight into our database without throwing errors. You’re welcome to use Excel, Google Sheets, or another tool you prefer as long as the final sheets are tidy, consistently formatted and ready for import. Second, the product photos need image editing. Typical tasks include cropping, straightening, basic colour correction and exporting to the exact sizes my website requires (I’ll supply the pixel specs). Adobe Photoshop or an equivalent editor is fine; what matters is that the images look crisp, balanced and consistent across the set. Finally, the short marketing blurbs that accompany each product need a quick round of proofreading—grammar, spelling and punctuation only. No heavy rewrites, just a clean, error-free finish so the copy feels professional and trustworthy.
