I’m looking for an accurate, detail-oriented freelancer to enter and update data for several work projects. The task centres on scheduling and output information, specifically the project timelines my team relies on to track progress and deadlines. Here’s what you’ll handle: • Transfer existing timeline details from notes into a CRM. Duties as you go so the schedule stays realistic and clash-free. • Flag any missing or conflicting information for me to review. You’ll have online access to all source files plus a template sheet I’m already using. I need a clean, fully populated timeline for each project, ready for immediate use in our weekly status meetings. Accuracy and consistency matter more than speed, but I’d still like the first batch of timelines within 48 hours of assignment so we can confirm the format together. If we work well, I have ongoing scheduling data that will need the same treatment each month.
