PROJECT OVERVIEW I need a detail-oriented freelancer to create 500 business profiles on an online services marketplace. All data is ready — no research or content writing is required. Your job is accurate data entry and profile completion. You will be given access to a shared drive containing a master Excel sheet, plus a dedicated folder for each company with its full information, logo, and pictures. The platform name and link will be shared with the selected freelancer after award. REGISTRATION FLOW (PER PROFILE) 1. Register the account — Sign up on the platform using the company details and email provided in the master sheet. 2. Fill in the registration form — Enter all required fields exactly as provided: business name, category, sub-services, description, phone, email, location, and any other listed fields. 3. Log in to the profile — After registration, log in to that account's dashboard. 4. Complete the profile — Upload the logo, cover image, and pictures from the company's folder, and fill in any remaining sections until the profile is 100% complete. 5. Update the tracker — Mark the profile as done in the shared tracking sheet, noting the login credentials used and any issues encountered. WHAT I PROVIDE - Shared drive access with a master Excel sheet covering all 500 companies - One folder per company containing its information, logo, and pictures REQUIREMENTS - Proven data entry experience with high accuracy (please share examples or reviews) - Strong attention to detail — data entered exactly as provided, no typos, no skipped fields, correct images matched to the correct company - Good written English - Reliable internet and availability for consistent daily output - Confidentiality — you agree not to share, reuse, or disclose any of the data or the platform QUALITY CONTROL I will spot-check profiles in every batch. Any errors found must be corrected at no additional cost before the batch milestone is released. PAYMENT AND MILESTONES Work will be released in batches of 100 profiles, with a milestone payment per completed and verified batch.
