Client is a successful company established in HU, now expanding to DE and AT, and in a year to all 27 EU countries. They have a running business in HU, with T&C and all legal documents, now drafted the ones needed for DE and AT and need to make sure they are fully compliant with local jurisdictions before going live with them to B2C customers in AT and DE. 4 German-language documents are drafted already and now need a swift, expert legal audit before we roll them out: • Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) for Germany • Datenschutzerklärung for Germany • AGB for Austria • Datenschutzerklärung for Austria Each text already covers service agreements, return and refund policies, liability & indemnification, and our B2C service provision model. Your task is to verify that every clause complies with current German and Austrian consumer-protection statutes, GDPR/DSGVO requirements, and the specific regulations that govern the electric-vehicle sector. I need you to: 1. Line-by-line check for statutory compliance, enforceability, and consistency between the two jurisdictions. 2. Highlight any mandatory disclosures or consent wording we have overlooked. 3. Provide concise, track-changed edits directly in the German drafts and a short memo explaining each critical change. The finished deliverables are the four updated German documents plus the explanatory memo.
