I need reliable help managing everything that happens right after a deal is signed. Day-to-day, you’ll send timely customer follow-up messages, capture every detail of the interaction in our CRM, log numbers in Microsoft Excel, and lock in next-step calls through Google Calendar. Instant messaging will be our main channel for quick questions or updates so we can keep the momentum going without clogging email threads. Deliverables • Follow-up messages dispatched within 24 hours of each closed deal and any replies noted in the CRM. • All deal data—contact info, contract value, key dates—accurately entered into both the CRM and the master Excel sheet before day’s end. • Meetings or demos scheduled in Google Calendar with invites sent and confirmations recorded. If you’re comfortable juggling these three tools at speed and take pride in clean, error-free data, I’d love to work together.
