This project centers on turning our raw operational and sales data into clear, actionable insight that drives day-to-day and strategic decision making. During a two-week training period you will be onboarded to our current databases, data-collection procedures, and reporting cadence; that phase is compensated at $25 per hour. Once fully ramped, regular work is billed at $60 per hour, with monthly earnings expected in the $25k–$45k range. Scope of work • Connect to existing SQL tables, cloud storage, and Excel feeds, then clean and consolidate the data. • Build repeatable Python or R scripts (your choice) that automate descriptive and diagnostic metrics. • Design intuitive dashboards in Power BI or Tableau so non-technical managers can track KPIs in real time. • Present findings and recommendations in brief, executive-ready summaries that highlight how each insight supports better decisions. Deliverables will be accepted when the dashboards refresh without error, the code is fully commented and stored in our Git repository, and the first insights report demonstrably guides at least one management decision. Collaboration is fully remote; communication happens through Slack and weekly video check-ins.
