I’m looking for a young advocate, already enrolled with the Bar Council, to work with me at Trustline Legal on a mix of arbitration, litigation and high-quality drafting assignments. Most matters are before the Delhi courts and various arbitral tribunals, so you need to be Delhi-NCR based and ready for a hybrid routine—some days in our office for filings, conferences and hearings, other days handling research and drafting from home. Day to day you will research case law, prepare pleadings, settle notices, attend hearings, liaise with clients and keep files court-ready. Solid command of court procedure, sharp legal research skills and clear written communication are essential because I will rely on you to move matters forward without constant supervision.
