Descripción de la oferta

I have an existing Delphi 10.3 project that needs to evolve into a fully-featured IP camera recorder. The application must handle live streaming, perform reliable motion detection, and support scheduled recording for any camera I point it at. Because my installation mix varies, the code should stay protocol-agnostic—ideally plugging into ONVIF or plain RTSP without locking me into a single brand. I’m aiming for an advanced interface: think detailed configuration panes for each camera, calendar-style scheduling, per-camera motion-sensitivity sliders, and real-time status dashboards. A clean VCL look is fine; what matters is that power users can tweak everything without digging into INI files. Deliverables • Delphi 10.3 source (no external dependencies beyond common open-source libs, using Indy components) • Compiled 32-bit Windows build ready to install • Brief setup guide plus comments in code explaining the key classes/modules Acceptance 1. I add two different IP cameras, both begin streaming instantly in separate preview panes. 2. Motion on either camera triggers an event I can log to disk. 3. I create a schedule, close the app, reopen it, and the schedule persists and records at the set times. 4. CPU usage remains stable below 25 % on a modern i5 during dual 1080p recording. If you’re comfortable with media foundations, FFmpeg wrappers, or similar Delphi video frameworks and can document what you build clearly, I’d like to move quickly.
