Delta PLC–Kinco Servo Integration

Descripción de la oferta
I need a proven automation specialist to make a Delta PLC talk fluently to a Kinco iWMC servo drive over the drive’s built-in RS485 Modbus RTU port. The PLC must issue speed, position and full motion commands, then confirm that each move completed without faults. Both an RF remote and an HMI will serve as operator stations, so the program has to read commands from either interface and route them to the drive seamlessly. The job starts with selecting the correct Modbus registers in the Kinco drive, configuring the Delta PLC in ISPSoft or WPLSoft and setting stable 2-wire RS485 parameters. From there you’ll build a tidy set of function blocks that wrap the common moves, add basic error handling and status feedback, and expose everything on the HMI while mirroring the essentials to the RF handheld. I expect clean, fully commented code and enough documentation for another engineer to maintain the system. Please share examples of past Delta PLC projects, especially any that used Modbus RTU or servo positioning. Deliverables • PLC program (ISPSoft/WPLSoft) with commented logic for speed, position and motion commands • RS485 Modbus RTU configuration file and register map • HMI screens plus RF remote mapping • Brief guide covering wiring, parameter settings, fault/status words and restart procedure If you enjoy motion control and can turn this around efficiently, let’s discuss the details.
