IDBI Capital has launched a focused drive to accelerate new Demat account activations, and I need a dedicated executive to keep the process smooth, compliant, and fully transparent for every applicant. You will become the single point of contact from the moment a prospect signs up until the account is live. Day-to-day you will welcome each new customer, walk them through our onboarding portal, collect the mandatory KYC documents, and verify every detail against IDBI Capital and regulatory checklists. Once the paperwork clears, you will update our internal tracker so the client, compliance team, and I can all see real-time progress. Your familiarity with CDSL/NSDL workflows, PAN-based verification, Aadhaar-based e-sign, and the latest SEBI guidelines will be key. Clear written and spoken English is essential because you will be guiding customers who may be new to Demat concepts. Deliverables (accepted as complete when all conditions below are met): • Fully verified customer files, uploaded to the shared drive, named by Client-ID. • A daily status sheet summarising pending, escalated, and activated accounts. • Immediate flagging of any mismatch or missing KYC element in accordance with IDBI Capital policy. I will provide the onboarding scripts, access to our CRM, and escalation contacts; you provide the diligence, accuracy, and courteous follow-through that keeps approvals moving.
