I need a lightweight, API-driven bot that can sit behind our website and patient app and instantly answer the three questions we get every day: current service costs, today’s clinic hours, and which dentist is available. For anything it can’t confidently answer, it should quietly log the full user query (time-stamped) to a database or flat file so my front-desk team can review and improve the knowledge base later. You are free to use Python, Node.js, or another language you prefer, but please expose clear REST or GraphQL endpoints so my devs can integrate the bot with our existing front-end. A small JSON file or admin screen for updating prices, hours, and schedules will keep future maintenance simple. Deliverables: • Source code with brief setup instructions • Live, documented endpoint(s) responding to the three supported question types • Logging mechanism for unhandled queries, retrievable via API or simple dashboard • One round of post-deployment tweaks to fine-tune responses If you’ve built similar FAQ or healthcare chat solutions before, let me know—otherwise, a concise demo or proof of concept is all I need to move forward.
