I’m looking to bring an experienced developer on board to continue building out our Dental Note AI platform. The codebase is already live and entirely Python-based, running on Django, so deep familiarity with both is essential. You’ll be taking the reins from the previous lead, reviewing the current architecture, and then steering new feature development, refactoring where needed, and hardening the product for production use. What you’ll actually be doing day to day: • Audit the existing Django project, document the current data models, APIs, and AI integration layers. • Plan and implement new functionality in a clean, test-driven manner. • Optimise the inference pipeline so that our note-generation responses remain both fast and reliable. • Handle bug fixes and code reviews, ensuring quality standards keep rising as the project scales. I already have a ticket backlog in GitLab, so you’ll have clear priorities from the moment you clone the repo. You’ll work closely with me over weekly sprints; milestones will be centred on feature completion, deployment to staging, and finally a validated push to production. Please highlight previous projects where you owned a Django codebase end-to-end, especially anything involving AI or heavy text generation. If you can provide links or screenshots, even better. Once we agree on scope and cadence, I can add you to the CI/CD pipeline for immediate access. Looking forward to seeing how you can help push Dental Note AI to the next level.
