I have a fully-working Android application that currently runs only in offline mode. I now need it moved online so users can access live data through a dedicated server. No new features or UI changes are required—the goal is a straight deployment that preserves all existing functionality. You will handle everything from configuring the server environment, setting up any required APIs or databases, to packaging and releasing an online-ready APK. Once complete, the app should connect seamlessly to the server, sync data in real time, and perform exactly as it does offline. Please outline the approach you would take, the tools you’ll use (Android Studio, backend framework, hosting stack, etc.), and an estimated turnaround time. Successful delivery is the live server running and the updated APK passing a quick functionality test on my end.
